Sarah Tillger is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience spanning financial services, recruitment, and strategic growth. She has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact results, scaling organizations, cultivating relationships across the private and public sectors, and advancing government-supported partnerships.

Born in Ukraine, Sarah maintains deep ties to Canada’s Ukrainian community. Following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she became deeply involved in humanitarian efforts, supporting Ukrainians both in Canada and abroad. Sarah’s strong personal and professional connections also enable her to serve as a vital link between SkyCan and its partners in Ukraine.

Sarah previously served on the board of the Great Lakes Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and is a graduate of the Presidents’ Program at Harvard Business School.
