Patrick is a strategic operations executive with over 15 years of experience architecting enterprise value through large-scale business transformation and rigorous risk management.

Following a foundational decade-long tenure in Global Operations at Scotiabank and a strategic period in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice, Patrick developed a deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and high-velocity financial systems. He later transitioned into executive leadership as COO at Think Research, where he held full accountability for the company’s P&L.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Patrick is a proven entrepreneur. As a co-founder of a successful clinical trial technology startup Sciteline, he managed the end-to-end lifecycle of the product—from initial product conceptualization and product-market fit to operational scale.
