Patrick Craib is Chief Operating Officer of SkyCan Systems, where he leads the company’s operations and oversees the build-out of SkyCan’s Canadian manufacturing capability. He also leads SkyCan’s portfolio of government funding partnerships as the company builds production capacity for Canada and its allies.

Patrick has spent his career building, rebuilding, and re-engineering companies at every stage. He spent more than a decade at Scotiabank, where he led business transformations, built new departments with global mandates, and launched new services. At Deloitte, he advised executives on designing and launching business and risk transformations. As Chief Operating Officer of Think Research, Patrick led the company’s operations through a period of rapid change, re-engineering the operating model, teams, and systems to scale. At Sciteline, he helped build an early-stage company from the ground up across product, people, systems, and process.

At SkyCan, Patrick applies that experience to what he sees as the company doing its part in nation building: establishing sovereign defence manufacturing as a lasting Canadian capability.
