Oleg is a systems engineer and chief technical officer with over twenty years of experience in the design, development, and production of complex electronic and industrial systems. His work spans embedded electronics, high-pressure and safety-critical equipment, radio-frequency and telecommunications infrastructure, and software systems, with a strong focus on end-to-end, security-driven engineering execution.

In previous and current leadership roles, Oleg has led the full lifecycle of digital and analog electronic systems, from system architecture and prototyping through manufacturing, validation, and deployment, ensuring compliance with strict quality, reliability, and performance requirements.

His background includes executive technical leadership within large-scale telecommunications organizations, operation of long-range radio networks, and industrial manufacturing environments, including plastic injection molding, tooling development, and production optimization.
