Jack Young is a manufacturing executive and business unit leader with significant experience across the defence, aerospace, and nuclear sectors.

His career has focused on high-value, critical close-tolerance products and complex manufacturing environments, with an emphasis on creating sustainable value for customers, shareholders, and employees.

Before joining SkyCan, Jack served as vice president at two international manufacturing firms. He previously founded a venture-capital-backed manufacturing company producing custom composites products for the automotive and marine industries.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario to a third-generation steel-working family, Jack brings a practical, people-centered focus to manufacturing leadership.
