Carlos Motta has more than 25 years of experience in global financial leadership, specializing in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, operational transformations, and strategic M&A across complex international manufacturing industries.

Most recently, Carlos served as Chief Financial Officer of AirBoss Defense Group (ADG), where he spearheaded financial strategy across a multisite footprint. He drove growth through organic initiatives and strategic M&A while leading a comprehensive enterprise transformation—optimizing ERP systems, organizational structures, and cross-functional productivity. Prior to ADG, Carlos spent nearly two decades in senior executive roles at Celestica, including as CFO of the Americas and Aerospace & Defence divisions.

Throughout his career, he has led large-scale cross-border finance teams, executed key M&A integrations, optimized multi-country tax and supply chain governance, and successfully scaled global operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Carlos holds an Executive MBA with honours from Fundação Getulio Vargas (in partnership with Ohio State University) and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA). He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
