Alfred Apps has spent decades in corporate restructuring, finance, law, and capital markets. As CEO of Lendorff Tandem Group, he led a successful $3.2 billion debt restructuring involving more than forty international lenders. In that role, he also oversaw the formation of two of Canada’s first publicly listed real estate investment trusts, as well as the reverse takeover of Dundee Realty Corporation (now Dream Unlimited Corp.)
Alfred has served on the boards of several public and private companies, as well as some leading charitable foundations. He practiced law at some of Canada's leading firms, most recently as head of structured finance at Miller Thomson LLP. From 2009 to 2012, he also served as National President of the Liberal Party of Canada.
